Epp Well Solutions, LLC guarantees the components of its hand pump kits against flaws in materials and craftsmanship for the duration of your ownership, except for items intended to endure wear, such as the piston seal, piston shaft, and foot valve seal. To maintain warranty validity, the kit must be set up per the provided guidelines and operated as intended; otherwise, the warranty could be invalidated.
Manufacturing Defects
Epp Well Solutions, LLC assesses whether a component’s failure stems from a production flaw or misuse. To process a warranty claim, the company might request digital images of the defective item, its return to their facility, or both, before approving a replacement.
If a manufacturing issue is confirmed—excluding cases of user damage—the faulty part will be swapped out and delivered to the customer’s location at no cost, using an optimal shipping method. Should Epp Well Solutions, LLC require the part’s return, they will cover shipping expenses, provided they dictate the shipping method, carrier, and delivery timeline.
Items Excluded from Warranty
Components not covered include those with lifespans tied to normal wear from usage, referred to as “Wear Parts.” These encompass the piston seal, piston shaft, and foot valve seal.

Warranty Limitations and Conditions
Please be aware that warranties from Epp Well Solutions, LLC are non-transferable and do not apply to items that have been resold. Coverage is valid only when the product is used as intended and under typical conditions. Damage or defects caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, unusual applications, alterations, or commercial use are not eligible for warranty protection.
