We love our customers and they love us! Hear what they have to say about our hand pump kits and customer support.

“We ordered the EPP Well Solutions Hand Pump Kit because we live in a rural area, have a well, had an electric outage and there went our water supply for several hours. Not good. When we ordered the Hand Pump Kit, we received confirmation the order would be shipped to us the following day, it was and we received it very quickly! We watched the clear, concise instructions video on the company website, which made the install quite easy! Five pumps later, we had a strong, consistent water flow!!! We are SO happy with the company, the product and the easy instructions! Now our daughter and son-in-law are ordering one for their home! No doubt some of our farmer neighbors will, as WELL (no pun intended)! We spent $89.00 for the PVC piping and adhesive plus the price of the EPP Well Solutions Hand Pump Kit and all-in-all the complete package is most definitely a bargain considering the peace of mind we will have during electric outages! Thank you EPP Well Solutions Company! You're the best! My Rating is 1,000 STARS!”

“Fantastic system! I received the Epps Well Pump in only seven days with free shipping. I assembled and installed it 80 ft deep in only 90 minutes (My son helped me feed the pipe into the well). Epps gave a speedy response to my query about finding thin-wall pipe. They were “on point” about Lowe’s labeling the pipe online as Schedule 40-200 psi and 315 psi instead of Schedule 30 or “thin-wall," so I was able to pre-purchase the pipe and have it ready when the pump arrived. The instructions were clear and the assembly was simple. I’m thrilled with my deep well hand pump! Thank you, Tucker.“

I highly recommend the emergency water well hand pump for DIYers! The video leads you step-by-step and you can replay as many times as you need. You just need to buy the pipe for the length you want to install and glue and other items if you don't have it. I did have a 2nd person help me. Also, I put everything together with the cap and handle attached, then slid it all into the well until the cap came in contact with the top of the well. Then bolted it on. Overall, easy setup and I'm pleased how great it works. It's not fancy looking, but it's very functional and affordable which is what I was looking for. The customer service is wonderful! Thank you Epp Well!

“Peace of mind that I hope I never need. Installation of the EPP Emergency Hand Pump for 150 ft is fairly easy if you now how to cut pvc and have the glue. It takes time for each connection to set and you don't want to rush. If the connections don't hold good luck getting the pipe out of the bottom of your well. It helps to have 2 people when you are feeding the pipe into your well. We used a heavy painter's ladder and rubber bungee material to hold the pipe from falling in while preparing the pipes. I did run into a problem when I couldn't get water. The customer service was A+. I received a response within 24 hours and Tucker was able to evaluate and find the problem. I was assured that if the pump was faulty that it would be replaced immediately. But I think they had a good idea that it was something else. I don't think they have had a pump come back that didn't work. With his help I had water flowing in a short time. I'm in my 60's and was afraid this pump would be too much work for me but once it was flowing the pipe kept primed so I was able to get water immediately. I researched many pumps before I purchased and EPP was the best price for a quality product, the instruction videos are like having someone right there with you, and the construction is something that will last. You can measure how high you want the pump handle for your comfort, and the small amount of pipe that sticks up above the well cap is inconspicuous. For me it was important that not only the product is 5-star but so is their customer service.”

Installed my Epp Well Pump in an old unused existing well head to provide my Homestead with a "backup" supply of usable potable water. Everything I needed (with exception of a few fittings and the pvc pipe needed to get me down to the 65 ft level) was included in the kit. Installation was simple and in about 2 hrs (total time involved), I had fresh flowing potable water coming from my well head. The cost was reasonable for the pre-engineering and included parts. I love having the "peace of mind" that in the event of a grid down scenario I can still provide my home with drinkable fresh water. Thank you Epp Well Solutions !!

“I am so pleased with the order process and the shipping  was quick. Customer support is much superior than with most companies I deal with. When I had a question about my order it was answered immediately and documentation provided about my order. I had trouble locating PVC pipe and was so surprised to receive an immediate follow up email with suggestions on where I could purchase it in my area. Meaning Tucker took time to research options for PVC pipe in my area. That's going above and beyond for customer support. Thank you so much for a great experience.”

The product came really fast. I won’t be installing the hand pump until I need to because of the torque boot above the submersible pump which is down about 120 feet. Thanks for being so prompt.

I am beyond excited at how amazing this pump works !!! Epp went the extra mile in helping find pvc pipe in my area at no charge. My well is over 100 feet deep and in two pumps I have water. The handle is built stronger than what the video shows and you can take it off quickly. I'm very very happy with the product and help epp provided. and yes.... The 1/16 inch hole is just the right size to drill below frost line to keep the line from freezing.

Awesome people to work with. I actually installed their emergency hand pump in a 4 inch well casing WITH a submersible pump. You must shave the couplings down that come with the kit. I had to shave mine down to 1.5 inches to clear the pitiless adapter. NOTE. If you buy pipe that is already flared you probably won't have to shave anything. They measure 1.48. Also have to shave the fitting down a little bit that the foot valve screws into but it can be installed in a 4 inch for sure. Tucker was awesome. Measured everything for me so I could experiment beforehand. Buy a test pipe before you buy the kit and make sure you can get it past the adapter and you should be good to go.

Installment was much easier then anticipated. I had a couple questions before beginning which were answered precisely. I watched the video and read the short install manual. Works great! Less then 10% of quote to have a manual pump installed. Thank you.

It worked reall well and I am very satisfied and the customer service was amazing, I just thought it was a bit too expensive for plastic.
